A message from Carol Ann
Dear Folks at Sojourn,
I … want to say thank you … for making me welcome … It had become difficult for me to worship at all and yet I missed coming together in a community of faithful people … I began worshiping with you all in late December and found a home away from home. It’s hard to express how much your community came to mean to me over the several months I was in the area. It was a joy to get to know many of you. I felt so welcome in both worship and social events. Being that, when it was time to move on into the next stage of my life several of you were so helpful as I packed up and got ready to move again. I couldn’t have done it without you. Ultimately, through my time at Sojourn, I was able to open myself again to the Holy One in prayer and praise, to find new meaning in worship. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all individually, and Sojourn Mennonite as a community of the faithful, remain in my prayers. I give thanks for you always.
