To apply:

• Download the Community Dreamer Fund Application (.pdf or .doc).

• Fill out the form and include the neccesary supporting documents.

• Return via email to sojournmennonite@gmail.com OR mail a hard copy to
  P.O. Box 768, Fort Collins, CO 80522

Please note that there have not been any changes to the Community Dreamer Fund, and financial assistance will remain in place for the foreseeable future.

Applicant Criteria:

• Must be a current high school, community college, technical school or university student

• Immigrant, asylum-seeking, or underserved high school or post-secondary student

• Reside in Larimer County

Announcements:

• Please be aware that processing times are longer during Winter Break. Expect two weeks turn around time for applications submitted between Dec 15 and Jan 20.

• We are currently funding one month of rental support due limited funding. However, we review each application individually and will consider additional months in dire situations.

• Turn around time averages 10 days. This means it usually takes about ten days from submitting an application to receiving funds. We encourage you to take this into account when submitting an application.
